Qualification:
- Much hold a valid WPPE license issued by OJK
- Min. 3-5 years of Sales or in-house sales experience in the Financial industry
Job Description: - Manage and service existing clients through various communication channels
- Execute clients' equity trading instructions accurately.
- Provide regular market updates and investment information
- Promote investment products based on clients' financial objectives
- Coordinate with Customer Service regarding account maintenance and client support
- Ensure all client transactions comply with applicable regulations
- Monitor clients' trading activities and provide timely assistance
- Support the achievement of departmental sales and trading targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver excellent customer experience through responsive service.
