Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Villa Attendant, Housekeeper, or Cleaning Service professional (experience in Ubud/Gianyar boutique villas is highly preferred).
- Minimum high school diploma or vocational high school graduate (SMK), preferably majoring in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Conversational English proficiency (ability to greet guests, understand requests, and provide basic assistance).
- Proficient in standard housekeeping procedures (making beds, deep cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping, and maintaining common areas).
- Knowledge of proper cleaning equipment operation and chemical safety usage.
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and light gardening is a strong plus.
- Honest, reliable, polite, hard-working, and highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of hygiene.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Preferably residing in Ubud, Gianyar, or nearby areas, with personal transportation.
