## Qualifications
* Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a villa, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and room preparation.
* Able to clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and maintain cleanliness according to company SOP.
* Familiar with the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping supplies.
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
* Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
* Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive service-oriented attitude.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
* Willing to work across all Royal Bali Group properties and travel to different project locations when required.
* Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
* Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and own transportation is an advantage.
### Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of laundry procedures and linen management.
* Experience using housekeeping checklists and inventory records.
* Ability to identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Understanding of guest privacy, confidentiality, and hospitality etiquette.
* Experience working in luxury villas or boutique hotels is an advantage.
