Who You Are
A graduate or final-year student from a reputable Music Conservatory/University (e.g., UPH, ISI, UNJ, UNY, etc.), or ABRSM/Trinity/Rockschool Certificate Holder
A person of high integrity who believes that fundamentals are the foundation of creativity.
Disciplined in administrative duties (lesson planning, progress tracking, and exam preparation).
Seeking a professional environment rather than just a "part-time gig."
Key Responsibilities
Conducting high-quality 1-on-1 lessons following the Clu syllabus.
Maintaining rigorous Student Progress Records (we believe if it isn't tracked, it isn't learned).
Actively preparing students for exams and recitals.
Collaborating with the Principal to ensure every student meets the "CLU Standard."
Compensation & Logistics
- IDR 3 million/month, 3 working days (Probation)
- IDR 5 million/month, 4 working days (Junior Teacher)
- IDR 10 million/month + 10% profit share, 5 working days (Senior Teacher)
- Travel Allowance
Performance bonuses based on student retention and exam results.
