Overview:
The Class Manager for Corporate Training is responsible for overseeing the delivery and evaluation of corporate training programs. This role ensures a seamless learning experience for participants, manages administrative tasks, coordinates with trainers, and tracks training outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to fostering a productive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants throughout the training process.
- Facilitate communication and provide support before, during, and after training sessions.
- Monitor attendance and address participant queries promptly.
- Ensure all training materials and resources are available and organized.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers to assess program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on attendance, performance metrics, and training outcomes.
Requirements:
- Domicilied in Jabodetabek area
- Able to conduct a part time for at least 5 months
- GPA > 3.0
- Have a good communication skill
- Have an ability to turn unsatisfied customers into a valuable resource
- Good analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and fast response
- Passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
- Have a keen interest in topic training is a plus
- Have an experience as coordinator fasilitator is a plus!
- Have a keen understanding or want to learn of soft skill (communication, leadership, critical thinking, ect) and hard skill (excel, AI, data analytic, ect) is a plus!
