WMM is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an ongoing hospitality development project in Sumba.

- Civil Supervisor
- MEP Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/development projects.
- Experience in hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, site supervision, and QA/QC.
- Able to supervise and coordinate contractors/subcontractors and monitor quality and progress onsite.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote project environment.
- Willing to relocate and be based full-time in Sumba, NTT.
