Responsibilities :
● Ensure the Site's Requirement complete before construction including Permit and BoQ of each Project
● Review Owner Estimation (Internal Budget (RAB) & Timeline) for construction of each Project (Including Civil, MEPAC, CCTV)
● Ensure the Internal Budget (RAB) align with Project Budget
● Create / Approve Request Order from Civil Division of each Project
● Liaise with Construction Vendor to ensure project timeline executed as planned
● Monitor and review Project Report ( S Curve and Issue List) for each project
● Ensure handover checklist for each Site Live completed properly
Requirements :
- Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 (three) years construction related experience is required with one year experience as Supervisor
- Experience in hotel construction preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or completed construction internship with major Hotel company may be considered in lieu of industry experience.
- Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills along with clear ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Ability to receive direction and effectively implement in the field.
- Ability to work independently

- Ability to read an interpret construction documents.
- Knowledge of the design-build process.
- Strong attention to detail with superior analytical aptitude.
- Must be proactive, flexible, responsible and resourceful with strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to gain skills through superintendent team
