🚨 WE’RE HIRING – CSA ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to join our team and support project execution, particularly in the Data Center / Construction environment.
📍 Location: Cikarang, West Java
💼 Employment Type: Contract Based
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor Civil, Structural, and Architectural works at the project site.
* Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and engineering teams.
* Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
* Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.
* Support technical coordination and resolve site-related issues.
📌 Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
* Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.
* Able to read and interpret engineering/construction drawings.
* Experienced in contractor and vendor coordination.
* Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
