CIVIL MAINTENANCE – BALI-BASED CANDIDATE
Stay With Loca (SWL) is a villa management company based in Uluwatu, Bali, specializing in luxury villas and lifestyle properties.
We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Civil Maintenance team member to support the day-to-day maintenance of our properties.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil works, building maintenance, or a similar role.
- Good practical knowledge of painting, wall repairs, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and general civil maintenance.
- Hands-on and able to work independently.
- Quick problem solver with good attention to detail.
- Able to identify building defects and carry out minor repairs efficiently.
- Flexible and responsive to operational needs.
- Based in Uluwatu or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day civil and building maintenance across the property.
- Carry out painting, wall repairs, patching, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and other minor civil works.
- Conduct regular property checks and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
- Respond to maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for larger works when required.
- Report completed work, outstanding issues, and required materials to the team.
Working Schedule
- Full-time position
- 6 working days / 1 day off per week
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: Pantai Cemongkak, Pecatu, Bali
