Job Description :
- Design, develop and implement technical solutions based on project requirements Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and system malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, field technicians, and clients.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service or system interruptions and establish preventive measures. Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and instructional manuals.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in CivIl Engineering Good understanding of civil and structural engineering fundamentals; knowledge of seismic bracing design is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a technical engineering or field specialist role (Fire Protection or Mechanical Field) Strong proficeincy in industry-specific software (e.g., CAD/CAE for manufacturing/construction or DevOps tools for IT engineering).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Capable to working under pressure and handling tight schedules Excellent spoken and written English skills for verbal communication, technical reporting and communication.
