Risland Holdings, a multinational real estate company, is looking for a passionate Civil Engineer Intern to join our team! Get hands-on experience in large-scale property development projects and collaborate directly with industry professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Review shop drawings and working methods to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Supervise site activities, monitor manpower and progress, and ensure work meets safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Perform quality control inspections on all construction activities, reducing defects before handover.
- Oversee the progress of multiple subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
- Provide practical solutions to technical and operational challenges to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have the ability and can communicate well; Thorough, honest, disciplined, responsive and responsible and highly motivated
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Willing to work 6 days a week from our Alam Sutera Office
