Civil Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design Planning: Create structural design plans, especially for raised floors and ceilings
2. Understanding hot aisle containment, creating facade design interior, and etc.
3. Perform structural calculations (loads, material strength, and building stability).
4. Conduct structural calculations, modeling, and analysis using engineering software.
5. Supervise and ensure project execution aligns with technical drawings and specifications.
6. Coordinate with the Drafter team, field team, and subcontractors.
7. Ensure materials and construction methods comply with SNI standards and others.
8. Oversee the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) at the project site.
9. Prepare project progress reports and technical documentation.
10. Develop budget plans (RAB) and estimate construction costs.
11. Propose design or method changes in case of field constraints.
12. Communicate with clients, contractors, and government authorities regarding project permits.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 1-2 years of experience in construction projects/ mechanical/ technical.
3. Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, others.
4. Holds a K3 Construction Safety certification.
5. Willing to travel or be stationed at construction sites.
6. Skilled in project management and budget planning (RAB).
7. Fluent in english.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical and innovative thinking.
9. Understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in civil/structural engineering.
10. Good communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across divisions.
11. Based in Jakarta – Tangerang, owns a personal vehicle.
