Civil Engineer Manager

We are seeking passionate and driven Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineers to join an internationally connected engineering team delivering impactful civil and infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. 📋 Responsibilities:

• Deliver civil engineering designs and documentation to the relevant standards

• Undertake independent analysis and detailed design using civil 3D

• Perform stormwater modelling and flood risk assessments

• Manage project packages, including programme scheduling and fee inputs

• Liaise directly with clients, councils, and other project stakeholders

• Provide construction monitoring and technical support during project execution

• Ensure compliance with regulations, PMA standards, and contractual requirements

🧠 Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 5 - 10 years of experience in the construction industry,(infrastructure, land development or commercial projects) preferably in a PMA (Foreign Investment company)

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting

• Familiar with drainage / stormwater design; modelling experience is an advantage

• Good understanding of engineering standards and ability to adapt to international (AU/ NZ) standards

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

🕘 Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

📍 Hybrid arrangement, with office located in Benoa, Badung, Bali
