IF YOU ARE CREATIVE ENOUGH, JOIN US.Phamdtran is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who's inspired by Simplicity. You must be able to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of Senior Designers and Creative Director to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. You must also be passionate about Swiss design and eager to learn more. You will learn to produce creative print, digital, motion, and exhibition solutions in a fast-paced in-house agency environment. Ultimately, your design will promote our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Scope of Work
Social Media/Marketing online design
Packaging/Print/Offline Marketing design
Web UI/UX design
Other assigned design projects

Creative and Digital Skills
Skilled in Adobe Creative: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects are a must. Skills in Premiere, After Efects, Figma, Webflow, Illustration is a big plus. 
Brings creative concepts to life through video production and motion design is a plus 
Manages print, digital, and video production projects 
Drives the creative process to produce high-quality, original content Knowledge and understanding of branding and design principles, typography, body-copy, colors theory 
Passion with Swiss design & Simplicity
Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and concepts
Use various techniques to create drafts and prototypes
Produce final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, interfaces)
Pitch creative ideas
Collaborate with team members to launch projects
Use feedback from other teammates to improve your work
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Liaise with account, art direction, and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
Management Skills
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and accountability through extra-curricular and community activities.
Time management
Multi-tasking skill
Qualification
Leverages technology to support and enhance communication processes
Uses Workfront to enhance collaboration, manage assets and maintain visibility of project workflows
Required Education BFA/BA
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication
2+ years of experience
