Requirements:
- Please attach your CV in both English and Chinese
- Good at Chinese and English (Minimum HSK 4)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
- Knowledge in Excel will be a plus
Job Description:
- Do a quality check for product translation. Make sure the description are all great and easy to understand
- Manage and have good communication with Chinese Speakers in either English or Chinese (written and spoken)
- Manage and resolve between parties issues and escalations
- Other ad-hoc projects may be given due to business needs
