Deskripsi pekerjaan Chinese speaker (Project Coordinator & Translator) MUTUALPLUS GLOBAL RESOURCES
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Mandarin ↔️ English/Indonesian interpretation during meetings, site discussions, and daily communications.
- Translate project documents, technical drawings, reports, specifications, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between the Owner, Civil Engineers, Design Team, and Chinese EPC Contractor.
- Prepare meeting minutes, monitor action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with project documentation, filing, and document control.
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Support procurement, administration, and other project-related activities when Chinese language assistance is required.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates based in the Semarang area are preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), both spoken and written.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be based in Central Java and travel to the project site when required.
