About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Teacher to join our vibrant learning community at MSCS in Surabaya, East Java, on a part-time basis. As a Full-Time Chinese Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons to our elementary students, ensuring they develop strong language skills and a deep appreciation for Chinese culture.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering high-quality Chinese language lessons to elementary students
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to foster students' language proficiency and cultural understanding
- Creating engaging lesson plans and learning materials that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth
- Collaborating with the teaching team to contribute to the overall development of the school's Chinese language programme
- Actively participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- Support MSCS Vision and Mission
- Proven experience as a Chinese language teacher
- Excellent command of the Chinese language, both written and spoken (min HSK 5)
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teaching team
- Will be based in Surabaya
- Expected to join as soon as possible
