Responsibilities

    Interpreting and translating spoken communications or related document from Chinese to Indonesian and Indonesia to Chinese.
    Ensuring accuracy and clarity in interpreting language.
    Act as a liaison between the executive's to teams or Clients ​​to facilitate communication.
    Doing research in Digital Technology industry to up-to-date with trends and language changes.
     Meet project deadlines and manage workloads effectively.
    Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
    Assist in compiling various reports and discussion materials for the executive's use in meetings on a timely basis.
    Render efficient support to MD in day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties.
    Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
    Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
    Schedule travel
    Planning events


Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
    Ability to travel
    Min. HSK 5 in Chinese language / Mandarin
    Able to start immediatelystart immediately
