As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Chief Tenant Relations. This position is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our tenants and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and operational efficiency across our properties.

The Chief Tenant Relations will be responsible for managing and enhancing the tenant experience by addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication between tenants and the management team. Key responsibilities include conducting regular tenant meetings, overseeing property maintenance requests, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions. The role also involves supporting property bidding processes, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service to both current and prospective tenants. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position.

We are looking for a female candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Property Management. Candidates should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record in tenant relations. Proficiency in English and Standard Mandarin is required, along with strong skills in property bidding, teamwork, time management, and property customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
