Deskripsi pekerjaan Chief Technical Officer TP-Link Indonesia

About the role:

Lead GPON/xPON, OLT/ONT integration, deployment, POCs, and complex troubleshooting. Develop Pre-sales/FAE teams, technical processes, and local problem-solving capabilities. Engage with customer CTOs, Network Heads, and NOC teams to support major projects and business opportunities. Work closely with TP-Link Headquarters, R&D, and Product teams in China to resolve critical technical issues. Support tenders, solution design, technical proposals, and strategic ISP/B2B opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ISP & xPON: Lead GPON/xPON, OLT/ONT integration, deployment, POCs, and complex troubleshooting.
  2. Technical Leadership: Develop Pre-sales/FAE teams, technical processes, and local problem-solving capabilities.
  3. Strategic Customers: Engage with customer CTOs, Network Heads, and NOC teams to support major projects and business opportunities.
  4. HQ & R&D Coordination: Work closely with TP-Link Headquarters, R&D, and Product teams in China to resolve critical technical issues.
  5. Business Growth: Support tenders, solution design, technical proposals, and strategic ISP/B2B opportunities.

Key Technical Skills:

  1. Hands-on expertise in several of these areas:
  2. GPON / xPON / OLT / ONT / OMCI
  3. TR-069 / TR-369 / ACS
  4. Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome, C-Data, or other OLT platforms
  5. MikroTik RouterOS / API
  6. PPPoE / RADIUS / VLAN / QoS / IPTV
  7. BGP / OSPF, firewall, NAT, and network security
  8. Enterprise Networking, Wi-Fi, packet capture, and log analysis

Requirements:

  1. 8–15 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, Networking, ICT, or related industries.
  2. Mandarin is strongly preferred.
  3. Previous experience as a Technical Manager, Solution Architect, Pre-sales Manager, FAE Manager, or similar.
  4. Proven experience leading technical teams, customer projects, and POCs.
  5. Strong customer communication, technical presentation, and business understanding.
  6. Bahasa Indonesia: Native/Fluent; English: Professional working proficiency.
  7. Experience with Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome, Nokia, Ruijie, Indonesian ISPs, telecom operators, or system integrators is an advantage.
