Job Description: 
1.	Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
2.	Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
3.	Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
4.	Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
5.	Oversee Operational, partner with CEO so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
6.	Determine the operational policies accordingly for the continuity of the company’s operational activities
7.	Regularly reviewing operation to ensure that these meet required standards and recommend change where necessary
8.	Foster good relationships with parties outside the company such as OJK, Indonesia Stock Exchange, Indonesian Central Securities Depository and Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation, other Brokerage Firms, as well as all parties related to the company’s business activities

Requirements:
•	Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Accounting or Finance or related experience
•	Min. have 5 – 7 years experience, preferable from Bank / Securities / Financial Company
•	Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
•	Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
•	Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Operational (Risk Management, Credit Risk, IT, Finance & Accounting, Settlement, Legal Compliance and HR)
•	Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
•	Must be resourceful problem solver, self motivated dan energetic
