We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee us
organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-
command and responsible for the efficiency of business.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief
Executive Officer (CEO). You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we
expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills,

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for directing and coordinating operations,
consumer relations, IT, and data centre to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of
operations and maximize profits.
• Contributes to the long-range objectives of the operations and ensures that necessary
communications are maintained with the Board and Shareholders.
• Developing and cascading the organization's strategy/mission statement to the lower-
ranking staff while Maintaining and monitoring staffing, levels, knowledge-skills-attributes
(KSA), expectations and motivation to fulfil organizational requirements.
• The position will be responsible for day-in/day-out running the Credit Bureau incl.
management of the bureau’s technology infrastructure.
• Is responsible to improve the quality of the products and services, engage in and
recommend activities for the purpose of improving the various product lines and the

and maintaining safeguards for confidentiality of customer information.
• Personal involvement & direct overseeing of compliance with federal/local laws and audits.
Ensuring In time closure of product related internal/ federal / financial audit findings

• Leveraging experience, tasked with identification of issues in strategies developed by
various PT CLIK team or IT security incidents. Is responsible to resolve these issues, which
potentially impair the ability to meet the product’s financial, strategic, and technical goals.
• Is responsible to define together with IT department the resource utilization, capacity
planning and IT strategy of the company optimizing service levels, minimizing cost while
maintaining the highest security standards.
• The position is of cross-functional nature and this implies a high level of collaboration with
different departments and different levels.
• Support Markets in presales, and post sales activities maintaining sound community and
industry relations by attending meetings and industry trade conferences and keep informed
of developments in the industries that use credit-reporting services.
• Cooperate with other competence centre for the product, services, expertise, design, and
realization of integrated solutions/services.
• Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
• Understanding of Credit Bureau Business Functions.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business (with
• graduation in engineering, computer science preferred) is a plus.
• 15+ years’ work experience preferably in Financial Services Domain/ B2B
Information/Analytics, and demonstrated excellence in management, planning and
implementation of Data/IT related solutions and services.
• 3+ years’ experience in Credit Bureau Preferred.
• Experience in managing teams, project management, presales, multicultural interactions.
• Must be service oriented with experience managing customer services functions.
• Fluently in English written and spoken.
