We’re tackling Indonesia’s massive waste challenge (1.2B liters of used cooking oil yearly) while unlocking the Rp180T potential of waqf. Our mission: empower communities, clean the environment, and build a transparent, scalable ecosystem from the grassroots up.What You’ll Do
As our COO, you’ll dive into a bold, uncharted journey:
- Lead with Grit: Oversee operations, from collecting used cooking oil to converting it into waqf funds, scaling to 2.3M households in 56 cities within 3 years.
- Build a Movement: Recruit and inspire thousands of volunteers to create a passionate, impact-driven network.
- Drive Operations: Manage logistics, partnerships with waqf institutions, and our digital platform to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Shape the Future: Help us achieve breakeven by month 14, with Rp428.7M net profit by month 18, through smart, hands-on execution.Who You Are
