Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of all operational departments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure the building operates safely, efficiently, and complies with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads, including Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Tenant Relations, Parking, and other support functions.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Handle escalated operational issues, resident complaints, and emergency situations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are properly executed.
- Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
- Conduct regular operational meetings and provide guidance to department managers.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Support the achievement of company objectives through effective operational planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in property management, building management, hospitality, or facility management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of building operations, facility management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
