Role Summary
The Chief Leader is a strategic and hands-on sales leader responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable business growth by recruiting the right talent, providing continuous training and mentorship, and ensuring strong team performance aligned with company targets.
As the main leader and mentor for the sales team, the Chief Leader is accountable for achieving a combined sales contribution per month. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to motivate the team to consistently deliver measurable results.
The Chief Leader also collaborates closely with marketing efforts, monitors performance metrics, and provides regular reporting to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Recruitment & Expansion
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a minimum of 10 active team members under the brand.
- Ensure team members are aligned with company values, goals, and sales expectations.
- Collaborate with HR or internal recruitment channels to source suitable candidates.
Training & Development
- Conduct regular online product knowledge and sales training for new and existing team members.
- Ensure the team is well-equipped with tools, scripts, and brand understanding to pitch effectively.
- Provide upskilling opportunities and ongoing mentorship.
Leadership & Team Management
- Serve as the primary mentor, motivator, and point of contact for team members.
- Monitor daily activities and provide continuous feedback to help the team stay productive and accountable.
- Handle internal team conflicts or performance issues with support from HR if necessary.
Sales & Revenue Accountability
- Ensure total team sales reach a minimum of IDR 100,000,000 per month.
- Monitor individual team performance and take action when targets are not met.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming members.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement company-led sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing strategies.
- Adapt and innovate sales strategies based on team strengths and customer behavior.
- Set short-term and long-term sales goals for the team.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Assist in social media marketing efforts to attract quality leads for the team.
- Encourage the team to utilize personal branding and digital tools for outreach.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for campaigns and brand promotions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track team KPIs and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends or gaps, and propose improvements.
- Report critical issues or concerns to higher management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to speak Mandarin or possess an HSK certificate is a plus.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Must possess own laptop/PC for daily operations.
- Must be an Indonesian citizen with valid identification.
