- Familiar with health & safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Experienced in managing contractors, suppliers, maintenance projects, and renovations.
- Skilled in preventive maintenance planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficient in maintenance management systems, work orders, and asset management software.-
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop engineering teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
