- Plan and execute regular maintenance schedules and handle urgent repairs efficiently.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer Leader position in the hospitality industry (villa/hotel).
- Strong knowledge of property systems, electrical panels, and building maintenance.
- Familiar with EMS (Electrical Management System) is a plus.
- Able to work independently and lead a small technical team.
- Proficient in WhatsApp and Google Sheets for coordination and reporting.
