Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor engineering teams (engineers, technicians, mechanics).
2. Ensure safety compliance and production performance.
3. Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and automation systems.
4. Drive preventive & predictive maintenance programs.
5. Align engineering strategies with production KPIs and improvements.
6. Manage projects to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
7. Supervise spare parts inventory and reliability.
8. Introduce new automation technologies & support R&D initiatives.
9. Standardize engineering processes through SOPs.
10. Foster innovation, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
2. 7+ years’ engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership (manufacturing/automation preferred).
3. Skilled in automation systems, control panels, PLCs, and 3-phase power.
4. Proficient with maintenance software, CAD, and production machinery.
5. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus.
6. PE license/certifications in automation or electrical safety preferred.
7. Based in Karanganyar; willing to travel.
