Position Overview
The Chief Concierge & Tenant Relation is responsible for leading and elevating the overall tenant experience within Regent Residences by delivering personalized, high-touch services aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards. This role oversees concierge operations, tenant relations, and service coordination while acting as the primary liaison between residents, building management, and external service providers.
Chief Concierge & Tenant Relation – Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years in luxury hospitality / branded residences.
• Currently in managerial role (Concierge / Guest Relations / Residence).
• Proven experience handling VIP / high-profile clients.
• Strong leadership of concierge & service teams.
• Experienced in handover unit & fit-out coordination.
• Excellent English communication & executive presence.
• Polished, discreet, and service-driven personality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Concierge, Bellman & Chauffeur Services.
• Manage Tenant Requests & Service Excellence.
• Handle Unit Handover & Fit-Out Coordination.
• Oversee VIP Tenant Experience & Complaint Resolution.
• Coordinate Events & Premium Services.
Technical Skills
• Familiar with property management systems (PMS), work order systems, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
