Deskripsi pekerjaan chief Accounting Melasti Beach Resort & Spa
Responsibility:
1. Leading Accounting and Purchasing Team
2. Responsible for processing all company financial and taxes data accurately
3. Managing Account Payable, Receivable, Cash Flows and investigating any discrepancies that may be found
4. Executing Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Income Taxes/PPh 21 alongside Human Resources
5. Reporting any Financial Data irregularities to General Manager and Management
6. Providing Owner and Management with clear and precise Financial Report from P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report or Any report that maybe requested at any given moment in
due time
7. Monitoring, Managing and improving the workflow of Accounting and Purchasing Department
8. Assiting Owner and Management with their special projects as needed
9. Development, Implementation and Training of Accounting Policies and Procedures /SOP
10. Liasing with Other Department to ensure smooth operation of the Resort
Requirement:
1. Previous experience in Hospitality or any related industry for 2 Years
2. Minimal Graduated with High School Diploma
3. Experienced in Accounting with deep understanding of AR, AP ,General Cashier and Taxation
5. System Savvy and Proficiency of using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and PMS (Propert Management System)
6. Fluent in English, both in writting and verbally
7. Detail and Result Oriented
8. Good Orginazation, Effective Communication skill and Time Keeping
9. Honest and Transparent.
