Chief Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the company’s overall financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
2. Supervise daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as financial reconciliation processes.
3. Ensure full compliance with tax regulations by managing timely tax filings and payments, while developing effective and efficient tax planning strategies.
4. Manage and analyze production and operational costs, including cost variance analysis, to support management decision-making and business performance optimization.
5. Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to enhance performance, productivity, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience in liaising with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
4. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial/accounting software.
5. Solid expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
6. Demonstrated leadership capability with strong people management and communication skills.
7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
8. Willingness to be based in Tangerang Selatan.
9. Professional certifications in Accounting and/or Taxation will be considered an advantage.
10. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
11. Female candidates are preferred.
