Chief Accountant

Safari Wonders is looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team and take a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial reporting activities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly & annual financial closing

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports

• Monitor tax compliance and coordinate with relevant parties

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors when required

• Provide regular financial reports, analysis, and insights to management and the Chief Financial Officer of Taman Safari Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably with leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting

• Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and audit processes

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet business is a plus
