Job Overview
Managing, Controlling, Coaching and Counseling for Chemical Engineering Team and assisting production on process control and quality consistency, so that all process can be running well
Responsibilities and Duties
• Caring for OHS Management System and Environment
• Handling specific Chemical Engineering projects from NLO / PCC / transferring facilities
• Supporting resources to CE issues in Development / Commercialization / mass production
• Support categories in problem related to CE solving, act as CE expert for Categories in CE issues
• Provide constructive Chemical Engineering feedback with options and suggestions in production. Identify critical quality issues, engage production technical personnel in discussions to resolve issues in a timely manner which potential risks that may affect product quality or delivery timelines
• Create standard process follow Best Practice / time constrain / BPFC
• Ensure that all chemicals are safe to use, workable and follow Nike standard practice
• Monitor and control project team and categories readiness, and its on time completion / implementation
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
• Minimum 1 year’s experience
• Proficient in English is a point plus
• Have Knowledge: Health Safety and Environment awareness, PFC NIKE, Chemical type and function, Type of material upper and bottom, General process of shoe making. Nike Process Time Constraint, Commercialization process
• Have Skills: Computer skills, English, Good technical skills in Shoes manufacturing
• Have Attitude: Positive Attitude, Quality Orientation, Communication, Creative Problem Solving, Teamwork, Self-learning Capacity.
