- Familiar with Western and Nusantara cuisine
- Prepare the dishes according the specifications and standards
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and any special items every morning
- Maintain ingredients, other inventory and stock
- Maintain work area and kitchen equipment to a high level of cleanliness
- Ensuring all food products to be prepared are not expired
- Ensure that food, presentation, and plating are prepared to serve on time
- Conduct periodically stock opname for ingredients and inventories supplies
- Receive and store food deliveries, rotating stock to ensure freshness
- Familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures
