1.Job Description

* Prepare ingredients according to recipes and company SOP.

* Cook and present authentic Indonesian, Sundanese, and catering menu items with consistent quality.

* Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.

* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and food preparation areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.

* Perform mise en place before daily operations.

* Ensure all restaurant and catering orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

* Assist in monitoring inventory and report ingredient requirements to the supervisor.

* Minimize food waste through efficient use of ingredients.

* Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth daily service.

* Maintain high food quality standards to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

2.Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café, or catering business.

* Experience in Indonesian and Sundanese cuisine is highly preferred.

* Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.

* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

* Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality.

* Honest, disciplined, responsible, and a good team player.

* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
