BikerZ is looking for a passionate and talented Chef who loves authentic German, international and local cuisine and has strong knowledge of European cooking techniques. If you have experience creating traditional German dishes, BBQ specialties, fresh salads, and premium meat-based menus, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic German and European dishes.
- Develop and maintain high-quality German BBQ menus.
- Prepare traditional side dishes such as potato salad, coleslaw, sauerkraut, spaetzle, and other complementary dishes.
- Create seasonal menu specials while maintaining authentic flavors.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Control food costs, inventory, and minimize kitchen waste.
- Work closely with management to develop new menu concepts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong understanding of German cuisine is highly preferred.
- Experienced in grilling, BBQ techniques, smoking meats, roasting, and meat preparation.
- Able to prepare fresh salads, sauces, and traditional German side dishes.
- Knowledge of sausages, cured meats, and European food preparation is a strong advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality food.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Kerobokan, Bali.

- Experience with one or more of the following dishes is a strong advantage:
- English skill

- Grilled chicken
- Bratwurst
- Currywurst
- Schnitzel
- Schweinshaxe
- Schweinebraten
- Frikadellen
- German BBQ Platters
- Sauerkraut
- Potato Salad (Kartoffelsalat)
- Spaetzle
- German Mustard & Homemade Sauces
- These dishes are among the classic German specialties commonly served in traditional German
