Qualifications :
- Minimum vocational or diploma degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field (preferably with Japanese cuisine specialization).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in a Japanese restaurant especially unagi restaurant
- Hands-on experience with Japanese Food plating techniques is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and traditional ingredients.
- Excellent knife skills
- Creativity in food presentation and plating.
- High attention to cleanliness, detail, and kitchen organization.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (required), basic English (preferred).
- Japanese language ability is a plus, especially for kitchen-related terms.
