We are looking for a Chef International Cuisine to join a premium bar & lounge in Kuningan, Setiabudi, Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Cook bar-friendly menu (finger foods, tapas, gourmet bites).
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with quick service turnaround.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a chef in a bar/lounge/restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and bar food pairing.
- Ability to manage inventory and minimize waste.
- Willing to work 12-hour shift with 1 day off.
- Based in Jakarta.
- Can join ASAP.
