- Develop, plan, and execute creative and high-quality menus for both restaurant dining and catering events.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring top quality, taste, and presentation.
- Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and food presentation in accordance with business standards.
- Manage kitchen operations including ingredient inventory, cost control, and ordering.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
- Adapt menus for special events, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
- Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in both restaurant and catering settings.
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food cost management, menu planning, and inventory control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for food innovation and creativity in menu development.
