Qualifications :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Experience as Chef de Partie or similar position is preferred.
Good knowledge of mise en place, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
Understand food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
Able to work with standard recipes, portion control, and cooking procedures.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to supervise and guide Kitchen Staff.
Able to work under pressure during busy operations.
Fast learner, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good teamwork and positive work attitude.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
South Jakarta preferred.
