Seeking Chef de Partie – Korean Cuisine / Fine Dining
We are launching a premium Korean fine dining restaurant in the heart of SCBD, designed to become Jakarta’s next culinary icon for modern Korean gastronomy.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship concept from the ground up, ideal for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about craftsmanship, consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Korean cuisine (preferred)
- Background in Fine Dining or high-volume premium dining establishments
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and station management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Passion for quality, discipline, and continuous learning
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Take ownership of your assigned kitchen station and ensure smooth daily operations
- Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen team members
