Deskripsi pekerjaan Chef de Partie Suites 5 Hotel

We are currently hiring for a Chef De Partie (CDP) position at our outlet 'Lima Kitchen', with the following qualifications:

Minimum of a Culinary Arts Vocational High School (SMK) graduate or a Diploma in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef/Commis in a restaurant
Deep knowledge of authentic Indonesian regional dishes and Japanese cooking techniques.
Physically fit, able to work shifts, and possess good physical endurance
Food hygiene and safety certification (such as HACCP or Food Handling) is a plus
