The Chef de Partie will play a crucial role in supporting the head chef in the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation meets the high standards of SenS Hotel & Spa. Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, managing inventory, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff, preparing cost-effective menus, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
