We’re Hiring: Chef de Partie (CDP)
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to lead one of our kitchen sections and ensure consistent food quality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section
• Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in daily operations
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient requests
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Minimize food waste and control portioning
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in achieving operational targets
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, beach club, or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about food quality and teamwork
