Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as CDP or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine preparation and presentation

• Able to lead and supervise kitchen operations within the section

• Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred

The Acre is part of Sas Group under PT. Sas Indoboga Kuliner.

Established on October 2021, The Acre has the main icon in the form of a traditional style restaurant building design (Javanese & Balinese) with a touch of the natural surroundings. The building is spacious and there are indoor, outdoor, and mini garden rooms inside.

The atmosphere of the room is very comfortable and homey for spending time with friends or family. The VIP Room is also available for those of you who want to hold a private event or meet with colleagues while enjoying lunch or dinner. The Acre has a special Monthly menu which is always updated every month, so it is one of the attractions for customers to always be refreshed with the latest menus, both Indonesian and Western.
