- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and hot-kitchen operations.
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Good understanding of ingredient management, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Creative, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
