Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook grilled dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Ensure consistent portioning, cooking, and plating across all grill menu items.
Monitor and maintain proper food storage, stock rotation, and kitchen hygiene.
Support junior team members and collaborate with fellow chefs for smooth kitchen operations.
Comply with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as CDP or strong Demi Chef experience in a grill section.
Excellent knowledge of grill techniques (meat, seafood, and vegetables).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for delivering great food.
