KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and cook grilled dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Ensure consistent portioning, cooking, and plating across all grill menu items.
• Monitor and maintain proper food storage, stock rotation, and kitchen hygiene.
• Support junior team members and collaborate with fellow chefs for smooth kitchen operations.
• Comply with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as CDP or strong Demi Chef experience in a grill section/western cuisine kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of grill techniques (meat, seafood, and vegetables).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for delivering great food.
