• Minimum of 1 completed contract in the same position onboard a cruise ship
• Valid STCW Certification
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Good command of written and spoken English
Responsible for managing and supervising a designated kitchen section onboard a cruise ship while ensuring international operational and quality standards are maintained. Duties include food preparation and cooking, maintaining food quality and presentation, managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth galley operations. Candidates should have strong culinary experience, leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and be prepared to work in a dynamic international hospitality environment.
