Requirements :
- Min 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Minimum High School (Culinary / Hospitality Vocational High School will be an advantage point)
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, equipment, and ingredients
- Team management skills
- Food cost control management
- Hygienic and maintains a clean and orderly work station
- In responsibility of daily stock report, and equipment
